Final Meet the Candidate(s) Event
Meet me (and likely some of the other candidates) at As You Wish Yogurt (on Solano between Cornell and Talbot) Thursday 11/1. We will be there from 7:30 to 8:30 and will be happy to talk to you about your questions and concerns for the city and the council. This is the best way to get to know the candidates and help decide how you will vote.
I should mention that some of us will be participating in a Cub Scout meeting just before this event, so we may be a little late.

Chamber of Commerce Candidates Mixer Thursday, 9/27 5:30 - 7:30, Albany Bowl
Come meet all of the candidates at Albany Bowl. This is just a mixer, so no program or structure is planned — just introductions, and then an opportunity to talk to the candidates.
The optional $10 fee includes a drink from the bar and helps support the Chamber of Commerce.
John Tierney at Albany Bowl always throws a great party, so see you there!
Meet the Candidate - Tuesday Mornings 9/25, 10/2, and 10/9
Breaking News: I’ve invited the other candidates to join me for these events, and I’m delighted to announce that both Nick Pilch and Pete Maass have said they will be able to attend. Other candidates are not able to get away from work, or are planning similar events themselves.
Tod will be hanging out at Tay Tah Cafe (Solano Avenue at Cornell) on Tuesday mornings from 8:00am to 9:00am, and invites everyone down who wishes to meet and talk to the candidate. Look for the guy in the green shirt!
We’ll keep these morning hours until early October, and then switch to an evening time at a different location.
I’m happy to invite any other candidates down to meet with folks as well.

We’ll have T-shirts for those who join us at the start.
The parade goes from 10:00 to approximately 11:00. They like us to line up and be ready to go at 9:30. The parade runs from the Berkeley end of Solano all the way down to Masonic.
